During the 2010/2011 season Swindon RFC was awarded the prestigious RFU ‘Seal of Approval’ This accreditation demonstrates an increase in participation and membership, high standards of coaches, referees and volunteers, links with the local community (schools and colleges) and an overall concern for the wellbeing of players in our care. We have a clear vision and a playing program to define the core values of rugby and to pave the way for growth and success in the future.
2012 - New RFU Accreditiation
We want to give our players the best possible rugby education using the best facilities, coaching, equipment and kit that we can offer. Swindon RFC is proud to announce that is has also received notification that we are only 1 of 85 Clubs in the UK who have automatically gained the new 2012 accreditation launched by the RFU. These awards continue to demonstrate our achievements and dedication to ensuring our club standard remain among the highest in the country.
